Discrete Lerch Distribution

by Sergej V. Aksenov
v2.0, last updated 17 June 2002

This Mathematica package extends Mathematica's standard statistical functions to include the discrete Lerch distribution and its special cases, the Zipf, Zipf-Mandelbrot, and Good distributions. In addition, the package lets you fit Lerch distribution and its special cases to data with the method of moments, maximum likelihood, and by minimzation of Pearson's Chi-squared statistic.

For more details see Some properties of the Lerch family of discrete distributions.
